Don't let the menopause leave you hot and bothered!

Women live a third of their life after the menopause, so it is important that the transition through the menopause is as smooth as possible.

We provide unbiased and practical information on a range of topics, including menopausal symptoms, osteoporosis, HRT, complementary therapies, nutrition, self-help measures and medical conditions (e.g. breast cancer).

The Menopause Exchange gives independent advice. We are not sponsored by any companies or commercial organisations and are funded by subscriptions from women, healthcare professionals, menopause clinics, organisations and women's groups. The Menopause Exchange website does not host or receive funding from advertising.
